Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OpusEngage website at opusengage.com (the "Site"), operated by OpusEngage ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms cover the Site only. Use of the OpusEngage product, which is deployed into a customer's own Amazon Web Services account and Salesforce org, is governed by a separate written agreement between OpusEngage and that customer.

A. Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about OpusEngage and to request a demo. When you submit the demo-request form you agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate anyone else. You agree not to probe, scan, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure, and not to use automated means to access it in a way that places unreasonable load on it.

B. Product information

Product descriptions, capabilities, figures, and customer stories on the Site are provided for general information. They describe OpusEngage as currently offered and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a commitment to deliver any feature, and the terms on which OpusEngage is supplied are set out only in the customer agreement.

C. Intellectual property

The Site, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by OpusEngage or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets. Amazon Connect and Amazon Web Services are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Salesforce and Service Cloud are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. OpusEngage is not affiliated with or endorsed by either company.

D. Modifications and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including these Terms. If we make material changes to these Terms we will update the "Last updated" date above; continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. We may restrict access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

E. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

F. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpusEngage and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

G. General

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and OpusEngage regarding the Site.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
