About us

OpusEngage was built by a team that has delivered Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice integrations for enterprise contact centers, and kept solving the same gaps on every project. We turned those solutions into products.

Our mission

Connect and Service Cloud Voice give contact centers a modern telephony platform inside their CRM. What they do not give the business is a way to run the operation from there: changing who takes which calls still means a ticket to a communications administrator, live reporting is split across two consoles, and scheduling and adherence live in a separate tool that was built for a different stack, costs a great deal, and shows yesterday's numbers.

OpusEngage puts that control where the team already works. Skills, schedules, adherence, live reporting, and IVR configuration are managed in Salesforce, deployed into your own AWS account and Salesforce org, with least-privilege access and no data leaving your environment. When the operation needs to change, the operations team changes it.

What we stand for

Operations teams, not administrators

Every design decision optimizes for the supervisor or operations lead. If re-skilling a team or updating a holiday message still needs a ticket, we have failed.

Built from real implementations

Each module started as something we had to build for a customer on Connect and Service Cloud Voice. We productized what worked, not what a roadmap slide suggested.

Your infrastructure, your data

We do not host anything. Lambda functions run in your AWS account, components and data live in your Salesforce org, and access is scoped with least-privilege IAM and permission sets.
