Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Privacy Policy describes what information OpusEngage ("we", "us") collects when you use this website (the "Site"), how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Site at opusengage.com, including the demo-request form. It does not apply to the OpusEngage product itself. The product is deployed into a customer's own Amazon Web Services account and Salesforce org; data processed by it stays in the customer's environment and is governed by the customer's own policies and by the agreement between the customer and OpusEngage.

2. Personal data we collect

Demo requests. When you submit the demo-request form we collect your name, work email address, and phone number. The submission is delivered to us as an email notification, which also includes the IP address the request was sent from and the time of submission.

Correspondence. If you email us at support@opusengage.com, we keep the correspondence so that we can respond and follow up.

Information from other sources. We do not purchase or combine your data with information from data brokers, advertising networks, or any other third party.

3. Analytics

Where enabled, the Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-focused analytics service that records aggregate page-view information such as the page visited, referrer, browser type, and country. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not build profiles of individual visitors. The Site does not use advertising trackers.

4. How we use this information

We use demo-request details to respond to your request, schedule and run the demo, and follow up about OpusEngage. We use analytics data to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

5. Legal bases for processing

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we process demo-request details on the basis that doing so is necessary to respond to the request you have made, and analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Site.

6. Who we share data with

We use cloud infrastructure providers to host the Site and deliver demo-request notifications. They process this data on our behalf under their own security commitments and do not use it for any purpose of their own. Beyond this, we may disclose your data if required to by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.

7. International data storage

The Site and our email systems are operated in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your demo-request details are stored there. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for this transfer under applicable data protection law.

8. Data retention

We keep demo-request details and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up, or until you ask us to delete them.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; object to or restrict processing; receive a copy of your data in a portable format; and withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@opusengage.com. We do not charge a fee for reasonable requests and will respond within the time required by applicable law.

10. Marketing communications

We will contact you about your demo request. We do not send newsletters or other marketing communications unless you have asked for them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

11. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

12. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data we hold against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site changes; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

14. Contact and complaints

Questions about this policy, or requests under Section 9, can be sent to support@opusengage.com. If you believe we have not resolved your concern, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. See also our Terms of Service.
